Privacy is important to all of us and we respect yours. Any personal information you provide is solely used to process your order. Any and all information collected on this site will never be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. We are committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience.

Although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or a legal process served on Texas Shooter’s Supply.

Your Account

If you choose to create an account on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 21, you may use texasshooterssupply.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Credit Card Data

We do not store credit card information. All sensitive data is replaced with a surrogate value called a token. In a nutshell, all cardholder data is replaced with a placeholder (or token), rendering your card useless to criminals. This method removes all confidential data from ou5r internal network. Once a credit card has been entered, we have no way of seeing the data from your card again – even our accountants cannot see your card number. Your real card data is stored at a highly secure, offsite location. Texas Shooter’s Supply complies with all PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.
